Brian Ippensen: We offer a great farm service group. We do farm management, farm consulting, and farm appraisal.

Kit Holst: At TI-TRUST, we offer farm and land management, farm consulting, land and real estate appraisal work, and real estate brokerage.

Joe Harris: We do all of the the marketing, the bill pay, receiving of checks and income.

Not only maintaining that farm and generating income from it from year to year, but also creating long lasting value in and for the next generation.

Sam Triplett: So, we also offer a full line of farm appraisals. We specialize in really any kind of land that you're going to find in this area. Whether somebody's passed away and needs estate valuation purposes or you're interested in buying or selling a piece of farmland, we offer appraisals for all those services.

The value with the consultation on farm and land is the experience and years in the ag industry we provide, and finding the highest and best use for your specific farm.

Specific needs that you may have; Maybe things aren't happening on your farm that you want to happen, things aren't getting accomplished by your tenant, or you're looking for a way to improve your farmland in various ways. Those are all consultation services that we provide.

Kit Holst: TI-Trust farm services are unique in the fact that we are all from the farming and ag background. Many of which have grown up on farms and spent their lives there, growing up and being around the ag community on the farm.

Brian Ippensen: Got a great group of people, and I think a lot of people would say that about their people, but I can I can brag about our folks. All of them have grown up on a farm. All of them still continue to operate in some kind of farming operation and still actively involved. So when they're giving you their expertise, it's not only coming from their years of experience of being a farm manager or in land appraisal, but it's also from their expertise of living it every day.

Joe is an Accredited Farm Manager and Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in Illinois and Missouri. He holds his Real Estate Managing Broker’s license in Illinois and his Real Estate Broker’s license in Missouri. Having over 40 years of experience managing farms and farm real estate, Joe confidently meets the needs of his clients. He graduated from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale and achieved his Accredited Farm Manager Designation from the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers. Joe is the Senior Vice President of Farm Services at TI-Trust, Inc. and lives on a farm in southern Adams County with his wife, Kim.

Kit has over sixteen years of agricultural experience and two years of direct farm management experience giving him a well-rounded and deep-rooted perspective to modern farming. He was raised on a row crop and livestock farm which has helped to develop his foundation for hard work, animal care, agronomy, and land stewardship that guides his approach to farm management. His core focus areas are lease negotiations, crop planning, grain marketing, and selecting the highest and best use of land to maximize long-term value and performance. Kit is a graduate of Western Illinois University, and is a member of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers (ASFMRA), a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Missouri, and a licensed Real Estate Broker in Illinois. Kit lives outside of Carthage, Illinois with his wife, Wesley, and their three sons.

Sam is an experienced Certified General Real Estate Appraiser licensed in Illinois and Missouri, and a licensed Real Estate Broker in Illinois. Sam grew up on a farm in Marion County, Missouri, where his passion for agriculture, nature, and stewardship for the land was instilled in him early in life. He attended the University of Missouri in Columbia, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Real Estate. His experience on the farm and background in business ensures his clients receive the highest level of specialized service. Sam performs certified appraisals for farm, land, and commercial properties in Western Illinois and Northeastern Missouri, and provides professional brokerage services in Illinois. He is an active member of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers. Sam can often be found on the farm, or travelling with his wife, Lauren, and their dog, Estes.

Amber is a licensed Illinois Associate Real Estate Trainee Appraiser. She provides support for the management of farms in the states of Illinois, Missouri, and Indiana covering more than 30,000 acres. She currently assists with the preparation of appraisals for estate, lending, and buying / selling purposes. Amber holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Western Illinois University; and a Master of Arts degree in International Relations, from the American University in Washington, D. C. Amber lives with Abin in Mendon, Illinois along with their two children.
