BS Psychology University of Texas; Texas Wesleyan University School of Law; admitted to practice in the states of Texas and Illinois. Michele has more than 14 years of experience working with employee benefit plans; most specifically in employee stock ownership plan. She has expertise in defending cases brought under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) as well as in investigations and audits relating to retirement plans brought by the U.S. Department of Labor. Prior to joining TI-Trust, Inc. she was a trial attorney in private practice for more than ten years with a law firm in Dallas and was a regional claims manager for an international insurance company.
