Kit T. Holst

Kit has over sixteen years of agricultural experience and two years of direct farm management experience giving him a well-rounded and deep-rooted perspective to modern farming. He was raised on a row crop and livestock farm which has helped to develop his foundation for hard work, animal care, agronomy, and land stewardship that guides his approach to farm management. His core focus areas are lease negotiations, crop planning, grain marketing, and selecting the highest and best use of land to maximize long-term value and performance. Kit is a graduate of Western Illinois University, and is a member of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers (ASFMRA), a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Missouri, and a licensed Real Estate Broker in Illinois. Kit lives outside of Carthage, Illinois with his wife, Wesley, and their three sons.
